I Love My Planet Toys currently ships to any destination in the USA and Canada.

Your order to the U.S. will be delivered via UPS ground unless you specify overnight, second or third day delivery when you checkout and is based on actual cost. Shipments to PO boxes will be via US Mail.

Orders are normally shipped within 1-5 business days. Same day shipments may be possible upon special request. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for UPS ground delivery. If you have a specific date by which you must receive your merchandise, please choose an expedited shipping method at checkout!

International orders will be sent by the US post office Global Priority Mail.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return or exchange it for up to 14 days of receiving your order. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges other than for reason of manufacturer defect.

The website utilizes a secure SSL connection to encrypt your credit card information. Credit card numbers are not accessible to the website.

The email address that you give when you place your order or sign the mailing list will NEVER be shared or sold to anyone and will only be used to communicate information about your order. Those of you that opt in to the email mailing list will receive VERY occassional emails when there is big news, sales or events to let you know about.
